working with Vaughn, and Rick, Oct 13th sent request to approve change orders to
transfer to Corps for proj ect work, its at 4th floor now. More to come on that. As of right
now, project funding looks good. Nothing eminent we are out of federal funds.

Sandy: There is still some funding available.

Tom: This year's limit is higher than the $273K.

Sandy: I sent our spreadsheet to Eric, he has it.

Tom: Any questions? Let's move on. Vaughn is here to report on contracting issues.

6) Storage Space Contracting/Implementation Update

Vaughn: Last time I said I was waiting for get contracts from Eric at Corps to serve as
examples. Howard Hansen and Waco Reservoir. We received a total of 4 contracts
within the last few days, Ijust started reviewing those. 3 Agreements for Waco, 1 for
Howard Hansen. Initial review, this is specific to these project, might be good model, but
a lot of work to tailor for Chatfield. Want to go forward with this to on CWCB level, get
a handle on what this looks like, and then figure out how we want to meet with water
users to discuss contracting. Could into too many cooks in the kitchen, I will talk to Rick
or Austin about being appoint person, to figure out how we should go forward in an
efficient manner.

Rick: Sense of time frame? Producing a draft? Three months, maybe?

Vaughn: Might be difficult without some feedback from the Corps. Going to have to be
some back and forth, have not a contracting point person at Corps yet, next step. Moving
forward, but not as quickly as Rick would like.

Rick: How long will it take?

Vaughn: Hard to say, seeing how long it took to get these documents, hopefully at next
meeting will have reviewed the document, may have a point person. Ifwe want to sit
down and discuss on a general level, that would be great.

Tom: One of the things that happened in Omaha, Corps decided they would figure who
would be assigned to this project, feel we're on verge of this happening. Good news, we
got the samples promised, Vaughn can make some progress. Move to Environmental.

7) Environmental/Recreation Update

Tom: Meeting on the 18\ good turnout, a lot of the stuffwe covered here today, anyone
have something to add we didn't talk about? I know Dave had a question about the
social-economic piece, who writes it? And I don't know who.
