Administration
Marty mentioned that the Corps is running low on funds and that this condition would be
corrected by the processing of the change order through the Colorado Water
Conservation Board of the funding from the 16 water interests. This will be given a high
priority and Tom Browning will be made aware of the need to proceed with timely
implementation of the change order.

Water Qualitv
Marty described that the next step in this process is to revise the Tetra Tech scope of
work to incorporate the recent consensus that was reached about the modeling approach.
Marty felt that he could revise that scope of work within the next day or two.

No Action Alternative
Joe Busto met on November 2 with representatives from Central Colorado Water
Conservancy District to assist them in submitting their memorandum about a no action
alternative. Central is the last entity that has not supplied the Tech Tech/Corps of
Engineer team with this analysis.

Recreational Study
Paul described the status of the study: that it includes 3 phases and that the first phase is
complete. The second and third phases include additional modeling and coordination
with Tom Keith ofEDAW. One decision that they are working on right now is the
preferred method for calculating evaporation. This analysis is on a schedule to be
completed by the end of the year.

That concluded the meeting. Please let me know of any questions.

Cc: Attendees
Tom Browning
Joe Busto
