The State has supported through CWCB hang-up at federal appropriation cycle. <br />Janet: Allard's office says he had put the funding in on two different levels. <br />Corp had requested $400000; earmarked in both houses; Corp says that that is enough to <br />go forward; and hope to release preliminary EIS in September. <br />12 <br />
