Draft "Water Use Profile and Forecast Ftlture Water Demand n section of the <br />Water Conservation Plan <br /> <br />Task 3: Profile Proposed Facilities - An analysis of projected water use and existing <br />and planned supplies and facilities will be completed under this task. Planned water <br />system improvements and additions, including anticipated costs, will be documented. <br />Both drinking and waste'\vater systems will be included in the analysis~ T.he results of <br />this task will be used later in developing a costlbenefit analysis of potential water <br />conservation activities. <br /> <br />The following subtasks are included: <br />. Identify and Cost Potential Facility Needs; <br />. Prepare a Cost Analysis; and <br />. Develop Preliminary Capacity and Cost Forecasts. <br /> <br />Task Responsibilities: <br /> <br />District <br />Assemble d,ata and other information needed for subtask completion. Evaluate and select <br />a methodology and complete a cost analysis of planned facilities. Review draft work <br />products and provide feedback to Hydrosphere. <br /> <br />Hydrosphere <br />Make data requests to the District and assist in locating additional data as needed. Assist <br />the District in evaluating potential cost analysis methodologies and analysis. Draft nproposedFacilities" section of the Water Conservation Plan <br /> <br />Task 4: Identify Conservation Goals, Screening Criteria, Measures and Programs - <br />Under this task a list of preliminary water conservation goals and scree.ning criteria will <br />be developed to assist in the evaluation of conservation measures and programs. Later <br />modifications may be made to goals and screening criteria during the process of <br />evaluating potential conservation activities. This task also includes the development of a <br />co'mprehensive list of existing and potential conservation measures and programsp As per <br />HB 04-1365, at a minimum, the following will be considered: water efficient fixtures and <br />appliances, water efficient landscaping and irrigation, water-efficient industrial and <br />commercial processes, water reuse systems, distribution system leak identification and <br />
