address these issues as well as work with CWS on what the District can afford.

Kathy Peterson has been with the District since 1988 and has served as the
General Manager for twelve years. She is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of
the District. Kathy will assist in the goal-setting process and final selection of
measures and programs to be implemented. Although goal setting and
measure/program selection is a key role, Kathy will also assist with other
components of the Water Conservation Plan as necessary.
