(CW8) will complete the Water Conservation Plan for <br />the Left Hand Water District (LHWD or District). Individuals from CWS include <br />Val Flory, P.E. and Steve Nguyen, P.E. <br /> <br />Steve Nguyen is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Colorado. He <br />has over ten years of experience in the water rights and water planning arena. <br />He has helped many clients manage their water resources including water <br />supply, water acquisition, water usage, and water conservation. <br /> <br />Val Flory is also a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Colorado and <br />has over eight years of experience in water resources planning and <br />management. She will assist with the identification and quantification of <br />conservation measures, associated water savings, and overall plan development. <br />Val will serve as the Project Manager for completion of the Water Conservation <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Chris Smith, P~E. is the District Engineer and will serve as the primary staff <br />contact for this planning effort. He will give CWS advice and general direction on <br />all aspects of the project. Chris will be paramount in the development of all <br />aspects of the plan, including the information on the District's water use, billings <br />and revenue, history of its infrastructure, and the developme,nt of conservation <br />measures and programs.
