<br />covered entity as defined by the eligibility requirements of the ewes.

<br />a) Per-capita water usage is shown below in Table 2. The delivery information
<br />is billed water use data from District records. The pop,ulation data is
<br />generated by multiplying the end of year tap equivalents of the residential
<br />households by an average 2.65 persons per tap. The persons-per-tap ratio
<br />comes from the Census bureau information for 2000 for Weld and Boulder
<br />Counties. The value for LHWD is weighted heavier toward the Weld County
<br />value as most of the District growth is occurring there.
