the benefits and values of effective water conservation. As a result, the forums will provide tilne to rnscuss
common interests, define common parameters, and establish common language to move toward more
meaningful ""rater conservation statewide.

To help facilitate implementation of conservation measures for specific ,vater Inanagers, we will discuss
several categories of cities (e.g., mountain ski tovvns, fast-growing areas, and agricultural towns) in an effort
to create a package of options for a "typical" water manger in that category. This will help local managers
pick frOlTI the ITIOst relevant measures and programs that have been utilized by similarly-situated
COITI.m uniti es.

Finally, ,ve expect the forums to provide an invaluable platform to share the most up-to-date il1foflnation on
successful conservation and ho\\-' challe~lges to implementation are being overcome. As part of this effort, an exit survey of the
technical workshop and forum attendees will be prepared and administrated that \viII be used to collect
updated contact i.nformation; interest in conservation planning and implelnentation; and needs for technical
and financial assistance . We lArill also provide theOrHce \ivith the original exit survey forms \vhich have been
filled out at the \vorkshops and forums for future reference and use.

Of particular irnportance will be the collection and use of inforn1ation identifying those covered entities that
desire to develop water conservation plans that need either technical or Financial assistance or both. These
entities can be targeted by the Office, Colorado WaterWise COUI1Cil, and others for follo\v-up.

Task 3: Pl.o}ect ReportinfJ
In accordance .....vith the 1254 Water Efficiency Grant gUidelines, G WI \viII provide the follo\ving:

· Written progress reports at 50 and 95 percent of project conlpletion.
.
