Review/summary will also be performed on additional relevant documents that are <br />identified during the course of the Phase I investigations. More detailed <br />reviews/ analysis related to these information sources will occur in later tasks. <br /> <br />Deliverable : <br /> Technical memorandum that includes an abstract of major <br />conclusions from the information sources reviewed and provides a summary of <br />the ranges of values of the various w ater supply/use components offered by the <br />documents. <br /> <br /> Glossary of Terms <br />3. Prepare a relevant to the Phase I Study. This glossary would <br />facilitate communications with members of the Roundtables and others involved <br />in the study. This glossary would include t erms such as natural flow, legally <br />available flow, depletions, subbasin definition, etc. <br /> <br />Deliverable <br />: Technical memorandum that includes a Glossary of Terms, which <br />list will be website ready. <br /> <br /> Colorado Decision Support Model Review <br />4. with Roundtable members . To <br />facilitate an understanding and acceptance of current water allocation modeling of <br />Colorado River tributaries by the State, the following activities would be <br />performed: <br /> <br />a. CWCB will prep are a brief summary (i.e. 10 pages) of the primary <br />operating criter ia , results and calibration for the State modeling <br />(StateM od ) of the current water supply/demand for each Colorado River <br />Subbasin and for the linked Colorado River Basin model . These <br />summaries will include a description of the following operating criteria <br />from the current modeling : <br /> <br />i. consumptive demands, including transmountain diversion systems, <br /> <br />ii. non - consumptive needs , <br /> <br />iii. C onsideration of the Upper Colorado River and San Juan River <br />Recovery Programs , and <br /> <br />iv. reservoir operations. <br />Also summarized will be recent mode l en hancements (i.e. inclusion of <br />high altitude crop coeffi ci ents) and proposed enhancements for the Phase I <br />study. <br /> <br />Summaries will be prepared for the San Juan, Gunnison, Colorado <br />m ainstem, White and Yampa subbasins and may include the following key <br />strea m locations (and not limited to these locations ) : <br />Colorado River Mainstem Subbasin <br /> Blue River below Green Mountain Reservoir <br /> Roaring Fork River near Glenwood Springs <br /> Colorado River near Kremmling <br /> Colorado River near Dotsero <br /> Colorado River near Debeque <br /> Colo rado River at the State Line <br />Colorado River Water Availability Study Scope 8 October 1 9 , 2007 <br />
