History ofthe drainageway(s) relative to flooding and description <br />of various hazards associated with the areas in or near the lQ()-year <br />floodplain. <br />e. Discharge profiles and typicail design hydrographs for the basin and <br />hydrologic information in tefl'l\S of rainfall data, coefficients. <br />f1oodflo....s. rainfall abstractions, drainage basin areas, etc. Also. an <br />inventory of all available streilm flow data from the drainage basin <br />and adjacent basins. <br />Summary of hydraulic data inlcluding channel and floodplain <br />vegetative cover, channel corlditions. roughness coefficients, and <br />other miscellaneous data. Inl:lude photographs to support <br />roughness coefficienls used in the hydraulic analyses. <br />g. An index map depicting the subject drainage basins. sub-basins. <br />channels by reaches. and juri!odictions involved. <br />h. A full explanation and justification for any differences between this <br />study and any other published discharges or water surface <br />elevations. <br />Tabulation of flood hazard information for each cross-section <br />including section number; reference stationing; thalweg elevation; <br />10-, SO-, 100- and SOO-year discharges and water surface <br />elevations, top width of 1.00-:year floodplain; top width ofbolh <br />floodways; f100dway encroac:hmcnt widths on left and right side of <br />floodplain; and flood....ay wat.er surface elevations. <br />j. Copies of those drawings desicribed in B(9). <br />One draft copy will be submitted tel DISTRICT for review purposes. <br />ENGINEER will print final copies iilner review and approval by <br />DISTRICT of the draft report. <br />PERSONNEL <br />A. All of the services required hereunder sh!LI! be performed by ENGINEER's <br />personnel, and all personnel engaged in tbe services shall be fully qualified and <br />shall be authorized under Slate or Local Law to perform such services. <br />C. None of the services covered by this Agr'eement shall be subcontracted without <br />the prior approval of DISTRICT. <br />TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />ENGINEER shall have three months after the rnapping described in Paragraph 3.B.8 <br />has been provided to ENGINEER to provide a draft copy of the final repOrt to <br />DISTRICT for review.
