Additional requirementS requested above and over thos<~ <br />identified in this Agrcement shall be negotiated at the time they are identified, <br />6. METHOD OF REVIEW1NG PERFORMANCE <br />A. ENGINEER shall submit the work called for in Paragraph B to DISTRICT for <br />written approval by DISTRICTs Executive Director or his designee. In cases <br />where no written approval is required bcrelmder, ENGINEER shall furnish <br />DISTRICT with written statements concerning work accomplished at the <br />appropriate times. DISTRICT will provide approval or tbe reasons for the lack <br />thereof within fifteen (IS) calendar days afier each such submittal. <br />B. ENGINEER shall provide an up-to-date progress cbart on no less than a <br />montbly basis. Inilial chart to be provided '[0 DISTRICT for approvals within <br />ten (lO) days of notice to proceed, <br />7. p.~mQli.OEAGREEMENT EFFORT AND COORDINATION <br />A. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Agreement, the Executivl: <br />Director of DISTRICT shall be the only individual authorized to rediroct the <br />etroll or in any way amend or modify the tclmlS of this Agreement. <br />B: DISTRICT may appoint a Project Director who shall represent the EXE:cutive <br />Director in the technical phases oftbe work. <br />C. ENGINEER will appoint a Project ManagE!r who shall direct ENGINEER's <br />work under this Agreement. <br />D. DISTRICT shall be responsible for coordinating infOI"m8tion with local entities <br />during the performance of'tbis Agreement. In the event that the Executive <br />Director is not available, a duly authorized person shall be appointed tc, assume <br />the responsibilities of the Executive Oircct()r pertaining to this Asreemlent. <br />8, COMPENSATION <br />DISTRICT agrees to pay ENGINEER Sixty Sevlen Thousand Eight Hundred <br />Seventeen Dollars ($67,817) for the above services.
