(ADP) <br />(Floodplain Delineation Study for Fourmile Creek and Mud Gulch) <br /> <br />Effective October, 1998 <br /> <br />OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />OWNER shall do the following in a timely manner so as not to delay the services of <br />ADP. <br /> <br />1.01 Designate the City Engineer as OWNER's representative with respect to the <br />services to be rendered under this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.02 Provide or arrange for the provision to ADP of all information and material <br />mentioned in the Scope of Services as information to be supplied by the CITY, the <br />CWCS or the NRCS. <br /> <br />1.03 Perform such review and comments with respect to draft reports submitted by <br />ADP as are provided for in the Scope of Services. <br /> <br />B-1 <br />
