These studies alsa should consider potential water <br />quality impacts, particularly related ta re.operation. <br /> <br />10. Canduct preliminary environmental studies ta assess pot~tial "fatal flaws." <br /> <br />11. Review identified non-structural water management optians that could be integrated <br />into a preferred plan of water develapment. <br /> <br />12. Undertake legal/instituti.onal reviews relative to the identified storage/reoperations <br />alternatives. <br /> <br />Colorado Springs is proceeding with assessment .of pennitting issues associated with their <br />identified starage needs.
