He will be working specifically with the process
configuration, pilot plant start/up, and the data analysis for this project. He is
skilledcl with the development and testing of high recovery RO processes for
treatment of oil and gas field produced water. Some of ~h. Kimball's project
experience includes installation of Zero/ Liquid Discharge Process at Lead
Smelter in East Helena, Montana; Conceptual Design of High Recovery RO
Treatment System for New Mexico DOT; and the Evaluation of RO Pretreatment
Options for the City of Hutchinson, Kansas.

Ken Klinko, P.E. - RO Technical Specialist

\Vith 25 years experience in water purification utilizing RO, ultrafiltration, and
microfiltration membrane processes, Mr. Klinko will specifically be working on
the process configuration and data analysis for this project. In the past, Mr.
Klinko has participated in many pilot studies developing the Florida brackish
RO and nanofiltration market. Currently existing systems for which he was
involved in the initial membrane process piloting and design include the City of
Venice, Florida (brackish RO membrane system retrofit); Town of Jupiter,
FlOlida (brackish RO membrcme pilot plant); City of Plantation, Florida
(nanofilter membrane pilot plant and system); Dare County, North Carolina
(brackish RO membrane pilot and system); City of Ft. ;vlyers, Florida (nanofilter
membrane pilot plant and system); and Palm Beach County (nanofilter
membrane pilot plant).

John Robinson, P.E. - Instrumentation System Design and SCADA
Integration

For the past 25 years, Mr. Robinson has developed and implemented
instrumentation and control systems for automated processes \Vith 18 years
experience, he has specialized in water and wastewater projects, and acted as
the lead instrumentation and controls engineer for the Mariposa and Cabezon,
New Mexico membrane bioreactor (MBR) design/builcl project. Mr Robinson
also participated in the 60 percent conceptual design for a Reverse Osmosis
plant supporting the ECCV Northern \Vater Supply facilities. His experience
also includes project justification, project management, project engineering, pilot
plant operations, application programming, field startup, general
trou bleshooting, and operator training.

Dave Campbell - Construction Coordinator

Mr. Campbell is a CDM Construction Branch Manager/ Project Team Manager
with over 18 years of experience in all phases of heavy and industrial
construction work He is highly adept at overall construction planning and
organization. Mr. Campbell served as project superintendent for construction of
a new reverse osmosis \VTP for the City of Brighton, Colorado. He was
responsible for construction site related matters including safety, quality
control, survey/layout, CPM scheduling, supervision of company personnel,
material procurement, weekly labor reports, monthly job cost report, and
subcontract coordination/administration.

2-2
