<br />Personnel <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />Relevant project expelience for the key personnel proposed for the ZLD Pilot <br />Testing Project are presented in this section. <br /> <br />Doug Brown, P.E. - Pilot Testing Proiect Manager <br /> <br />\Vith 25 years of experience, ~,lr. Brown specializes in various advanced water <br />treatment technologies including testing, designing, building municipal brackish <br />water RO systems, and membrane filtration systems He is knowledgeable in the <br />development of overall test 0 bjectives, test methodologies, and QA/QC <br />associated with the pilot plant design and operation. Mr. Brown has used the <br />pilot plant infonnation in designing full/scale RO systems including the <br />Alameda County \Vater District Desalination Project, the Jordan Valley \Vater <br />Conservancy District Groundwater Treatment Evaluation, Gila River Indian <br />COlmnunity RO Facility, Brighton RO Facility, Tustin Desalter, and the <br />Arlington Reverse Osmosis Project. <br /> <br />Donna Dodrill, P.E. - Process Engineer <br />Ms. Dodrill has 15+ years of process and design experience for water treatment <br />facilities. Her main responsibilities include layout of the pilot plant equipment, <br />hydraulic analysis, test scenario set/ups, and preliminary data assessment. <br />Recently, ~!ls. Dodrill has served as project engineer for the Big Dry Creek <br />\Vastewater Treatment Plant (\V\VTP) Reuse Study in \Vestminster, Colorado. <br />Her tasks included performing a 6/week intensive pilot study evaluating various <br />advanced wastewater treatment techniques, including plain filtration, <br />continuous/contact filtration, and full pretreatment, to detennine the most <br />suitable level of treatment for a proposed 6/mgd reclaimed water treatment <br />facility <br /> <br />Chris Fahlin - Field Engineer <br /> <br />For this project, Mr. Fahlin is responsible for the daily operational checks, <br />sampling, and chemical cleaning He is experienced with assessing drinking <br />water treatment alternatives, construction oversight and submittal review, and <br />process design of water treatment facilities. Mr. Fahlin previously worked with <br />the City of Boulder, Colorado to investigate methods to optimize the fonnation <br />of disinfection by/products (DBPs) in conventional water treatment plants <br />(\VTPs) by analyzing and comparing sevm.l1 preoxidants. His additional <br />responsibilities included building, operating, andlnaintaining the pilot plant. <br /> <br />Bob Kimba I, P.E. - RO Technical Specialist <br /> <br />Mr. Kimball specializes in the development, engineering, and design of <br />innovative solutions to water and wastewater lnanagement and treatment issues <br />as well as other environmental processes that recover salts and valuable by/ <br /> <br />2-1 <br />
