<br />Section 1 <br /> <br />Task Summary <br /> <br />'IIIl Level of Effort: Approximately 300 hours oflabor by the project engineer are <br />estimated for completion of the draft report. A total of 80 is estilnated for the <br />pilot testing manager to prepare portions of the report and complete the <br />technical reviews. A total of 40 hours is estimated for review by Technical <br />Specialist. Another 100 hours of administration time is expected for word <br />processing, graphics, and report production. <br /> <br />Task 8- Proiect Management <br /> <br />Prepare monthly progress reports for ECC\! and funding agency, monitor project <br />schedule and budget, perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/Qc) during <br />pilot testing program, and coordinate resources for plant O&:iv1. <br /> <br />'IIIl Assumptions: The project is expected to last approximately 8 months from <br />project authOlization to submittal of the final report and decommissioning <br />the equipment. <br /> <br />'IIIl Deliverable: ivlonthly status reports describing work accomplished the <br />previous month and the work anticipated in the coming month along with the <br />budget and schedule status. <br /> <br />'IIIl Level of Effort: It is estimated that project management will average 20 hours <br />per month for the 8 month duration of the project. <br /> <br />1-5 <br />
