<br />Budget <br />Section 3 <br /> <br />A detailed breakdown of the estimated labor and equipment costs for the <br />proposed projects is presented in the following matrix. The cost estimated is <br />based on the purchase and rental of commercial membrane equipment. The <br />equipment will be installed in temporary enclosures at the existing Lochbuie <br />\VTP site. Installation and commissioning is expected to take approxilnately <br />1 month, and the proposed treatment processes will be evaluated for <br />approximately 4 months before the treatment plant is decommissioned. <br /> <br />3-1 <br />
