1 9. At - Large Unaffiliated Representative No. 1. <br /> <br /> 20. At - Large Unaffiliated Representative No. 2. <br /> 21. At - Large Unaffiliated Representative No. 3. <br /> <br /> 22. At - Large Unaffiliated Representative No. 4. <br /> <br /> 23. At - Large Unaffiliated Representative No. 5. <br /> <br />24 - 2 6. Three nonvoting members appointed by the Representatives described in sections 1 <br />through 13 above, who shall represent entities outside the Yampa - White Basin that own <br />water rights within such Basin. Such three nonvoting Representatives shall not be <br />req uired to reside within the borders of the Roundtable. To the extent there are <br />insufficient applicants for the 3 nonvoting Representative positions, the Representatives <br />described in sections 1 through 13 above may select any or all of such 3 nonvoting <br />Rep resentatives from outside the Yampa - White Basin who have interests in and are <br />knowledgeable about water matters within the Yampa - White Basin. <br /> <br />27. CWCB Representative - The member of the Colorado Water Conservation Board who <br />resides within the borders of t he Roundtable shall act as the CWCB’s liaison to the <br />Roundtable and to the Interbasin Compact Committee, but shall be a nonvoting member <br />of the Roundtable. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2 - Terms of Office. The initial terms of office of the Roundtable members is <br />staggered a s follows: Members identified under Paragraphs 1 through 5 of Section 1 above shall <br />serve for five (5) years, commencing with October of 2005. Members identified under <br />Paragraphs 6 through 10 of Section 1 above shall serve for four (4) years. Members ide ntified <br />under Paragraphs 11 through 15 of Section 1 above shall serve for three (3) years. Members <br />identified under Paragraphs 16 through 20 of Section 1 above shall serve for two (2) years. <br />Members identified under Paragraphs 21 through 26 of Section 1 a bove shall serve for one (1) <br />year. Terms of office which are scheduled to expire during a calendar year shall expire <br />immediately prior to the semi - annual meeting of the Roundtable in October of each year. <br /> <br /> After the initial terms of office of members as stated above, the terms of office of each <br />and every member shall be five (5) years. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3 - Vacancies on the Membership . <br /> <br /> If a vacancy shall occur in the Membership, the vacancy shall be filled in the same <br />manner and by the same designating entity or persons as initially filled and appointed the <br />member. A person appointed to fill a vacancy on the Roundtable shall serve for the unexpired <br />term of the person whose was replaced. <br /> <br /> 4 <br />
