<br />8. Upper Yampa Water C onservancy District Representative - one member appointed by the <br />Board of Directors of the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />9. Juniper Water Conservancy District Representative - one member appointed by the Board <br />of Directors of the Juniper Water Co nservancy District. <br /> <br />10. Yellowjacket Water Conservancy District Representative - one member appointed by the <br />Board of Directors of the Yellowjacket Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />11. Pothook Water Conservancy District Representative - one member appointed by the <br />Board of Directors of the Pothook Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />12. Colorado River Water Conservation District Representative - one member appointed by <br />the Board of Directors of the Colorado River Water Conservation District. <br /> <br />13. House/Senate Representative - one member appointed by mutual agreement of the <br />chairperson of the House Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Resources Committee and <br />the Chairperson of the Senate Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Energy Committee. <br /> <br />14 - 23. Ten at large Representatives appointed by the Representatives described in sections 1 <br />through 13 above, in consultation with the Director of Compact Negotiations, <br />representing the interests required under the Act, at least 5 of whom shall own <br />adjudicated water rights, including owners of shares in a ditch or reservoir company or <br />their agents, or shall have a contract for water with the Federal Bureau of Reclamation or <br />their agents. Any such agent shall be appointed by the member the agent represents and <br />shall reside within the borders of the Yampa - White Basin Roundtable. Such 10 at large <br />Representatives are, pursuant to the Act, identified as follows: <br /> <br />14. Environmental Representative - one member representing environmental interests <br />and selected from nominees submitted by one or more regionally, state - wide, or <br />nationally recognized environmental conservation organizations that have <br />operated in Colorado for at least 5 years. <br /> <br />15. Agricultural Representative - one member representing agricultural interests. <br /> <br />16. Recreation Representativ e - one member representing recreation interests. <br /> <br />17. Local Domestic Water Provider Representative - one member representing local <br />domestic water providers within the Basin. <br /> <br />18. Industrial Representative - one member representing industrial interests. <br /> <br /> 3 <br />
