Does the Wilderness Ranch community have actual plans to divert <br />from Willow Creek? How big is this community? Is this an incorporated <br />community or a development with a homeowners'association? Does the residential <br />water come from an existing well or diversion? If it is a well, is it analluvia~ well? <br />Is it an exempt well? Who would we speak to regarding Willow Creek's specific <br />plans and or concerns? There have been approximately 50 wells permitted in the subdivision most <br />of which were permitted as exempt well within house use only since Willow Creek <br />is considered over-appropriated.
