Brian will be responsible for the overall <br />management ofthe project and involvement in technical evaluation and quality control of <br />Steps 1-9 <br /> <br />Amber Kauffman, Project Engineer (Billing Rate $83.001hr). Amber will be responsible <br />for assisting the City in completing worksheets required for Steps 1-9. She will provide <br />technical analysis of water usage based on proposed conservation measures. She will <br />assist in evaluation and selection of conservation measures. <br /> <br />City of Lamar staff allocated to the Proiect <br /> <br />Doug Montgomery, Water Resources Manager, will be responsible for the timely <br />completion and overall content of the conservation plan. Doug will provide TEC <br />information on past water usage and projected future water needs and anticipated <br />infrastructure improvements to meet future needs. Doug will work with TEC to develop <br />water conservation goals and the conservation measures required to achieve these goals, <br />solicit public involvement and present the conservation plan to City Council for adoption. <br /> <br />Ton:[ McPherson, Administrative Assistant, will gather and organize data required for <br />worksheets, assist in developing forecasts of future needs, organize public involvement <br />efforts and assist in developing the strategy and timetable for plan implementation. <br /> <br />
