<br />003202 <br /> <br />Responsibility <br /> <br />CH2M HILL will be responsible for this task. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />The project team will undenake the following activities: <br /> <br />1. Collate the findings of Tasks 5.E, 5.F, and 5.G. <br /> <br />2. Screen the three alternative concepts into a recommended plan. The screening <br />will be based on fatal flaws and a matrix ranking of technical/environmental <br />factors and construction cost for each of the alternative concepts. TSC mem- <br />bers will assist the screening process with their qualitative evaluation of the <br />impacts on instream flows in downstream areas. ( <br /> <br />3. Present the project team's findings to the TSC for the review and input on any <br />needed changes. <br /> <br />4.
