Describe three alternative concepts incorporating the five preferred reservoir <br />sites (Task 5.D) and reasonable operational modes identified by the project <br />team and TSC members. <br /> <br />2. Establish technical/physical facilities for each of the three alternative concepts. <br /> <br />3. Using cost information developed in Task S.C, develop a construction cost for <br />each of the three alternative concepts. <br /> <br />4. Prepare a technical memorandum descnbing the three alternative concepts to be <br />used as a datum for hydrologic analyses (Task 5.F) and an environmental review <br />(Task 5.G). <br /> <br />Product <br /> <br />1.
