The current average annual growth rate in the State of Baja California is 4.26%. Based on an <br />average annual growth rate of 2.7%, the population is expected to increase to approximately <br />4,420,000 people by 2025. The demands depicted in Figure 2 are based upon this population <br />forecast. <br /> <br />.
