Work Plan Development and Project Management Assistance

For all four tasks, the Consultant will consider the data collection and analysis efforts
in light of the need to establish a common technical platform for these activities. The
planning horizon , the data used for population projects, and water use levels will be
consistent with other Basin's.
Associated fee: $35,000

1.5 Metro Basin Roundtable
1.5.1 Summary of Metro Basin Roundtable Request
The Metro B asin R oundtable has requested that a work plan be completed for the
following tasks:
1) Updating the status of identified projects and processes from SWSI
2) Fur ther articulate what the Metro B asin water users are implementing regarding
conservatio n and reuse
3) Completing the 10,285 study
4) Identify potential fallowing arrangements
5) Underground storage (aquifer storage and recovery) options in the basin
Funding Requested: Not specified.

1.5.2 Metro Basin Roundtable Tasks Authorized under Task O rder 2007 - 003
The Consultant will meet with needs assessment subcommittee two times in person
and two times via conference call during March 2007 through June 30, 2007 to define
what elements need to be contained in their work plan. The Consultant will dev elop
draft sections of the work plan based on these input from these meetings. The
Consultant will use information from SWSI 2 to address work plan element 2 above.
For all work plan elements, a common technical platform will be considered by the
Consultan t.
Deliverable: Draft and final w ork plan addressing the roundtable’s 5 elements
outlined above.
Associated fee: $35,000
