<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />notice thereof and satisfactorily completing all of the outstanding obligations under this <br />CONTRACT through the date of effective termination. <br /> <br />Under no circumstances will this CONTRACT be in force after December 31 of the <br />calendar year it became effective unless it is renewed through an issuance of a CHANGE <br />ORDERto this CONTRACT which is executed by DISTRICT and CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />This CONTRACt including all of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS constitutes the entire <br />agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all other agreements and <br />representations made prior to this. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />SUPPLIERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> <br />The DISTRICT shall be notified by the CONTRACTOR of each subcontractor to be used <br />to complete the CONTRACT including that subcontractor's name, address and work to be <br />done and each supplier to be used including supplier's name, address and material to be <br />supplied. Such notice shall be received within five (5) days after subcontractor starts work <br />or supplier supplies material. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. CONTRACTOR will insure that all personnel wear the proper protective gear while <br />around and operating machinery. <br /> <br />B. As per Section 6.B. of the CONTRACT Conditions, the additionally insured shall <br />include the DISTRICT and all local governments within DISTRICT ,boundaries in <br />which work will ,be performed. <br /> <br />C. All areas to be mowed will have debris removal completed no earlier than one day <br />prior to mowing. Weedeating crews shall not be more than one day behind tractor <br />mowmg crews. <br /> <br />D. ' The CONTRACTOR, all his employees and subcontractors will be courteous at all <br />times and in all situations. His foreman on the job will instruct his crew to refer any <br />questions from the public to the DISTRICT. <br /> <br />E. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for disposing of all trash and debris as part <br />of the debris removal. Location of dump sites are the responsibility of the <br />CONTRACTOR and subject to DISTRICT approval. <br /> <br />F. No private drive, bike path, roadway, or street shall be entirely closed by the <br />CONTRACTOR. All detours will be signed and facilities that affect routing will be <br />installed to be clear as possible. Any traffic control will be in accordance with Local <br />Goverrurtent Standards. When equipment is on or near a path, CONTRACTOR will <br /> <br />24 <br />
