<br />,. <br /> <br />has been made for any portion of the District, particular attention will be paid to the <br />availability of matching funds under FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. <br />5.13 (S&L) - Other assistance requested by affected local governments and approved by the <br />Board of Directors. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.0 ADMINISTRATION <br />6.1 The Executive Director shall administer the provisions of this Flood Disaster and <br />Mitigation Plan. <br />6.2 The Executive Director shall establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure the <br />prompt implementation of this Flood Disaster and Mitigation Plan. <br />6.3 The Executive Director shall review this Flood Disaster and Mitigation Plan and the <br />Standard Operating Procedure prior to each flood season. Any required changes shall be <br />brought before the Board of Directors for their consideration. <br />6.4 The Executive Director shall review and exercise (as appropriate) this plan and the <br />Standard Operating Procedure annually. <br />6.5 Prior to implementation of Section 5. RECOVERY PHASE TASKS, the Executive <br />Director shall, after consultation with the affected local governments and the Chairman, or <br />in his or her absence, the Chairman Pro-Tern of the Board, determine that a flood disaster <br />exists. <br /> <br />6 <br />
