They would like to apply the expenses incurred toward our
match. We are also in the process of cash funding the repair of another dam,
the Elk Wallows, and would like to apply those engineering costs as part of our
match. The Association will also cash fund all of the costs of the current study~
which exceed the amount of the grant and will likely cash fund the design work
associated with the additional storage and with the repair of the Elk Wallows,

The Association greatly appreciates your ability to assist them in financing this
very important information package, If you have any questions or need further 7
information please feel free--to contact me or the Association's President, Tom
Alvey.
