LEROUX CREEK WATER USERS ASSOCIATION

PLAN OF STUDY OUTLINE

Study Objective - Determine feasibility of increasing the Association's storage
capacity. Determine the best locations for storing additional water.

Methodology - Conduct field and technical study of potential sites, coordinate
with funding agencies, land owners, and State Engineer.

~~'~~--..

Product - Report which includes the foll~~/._

1. Develop and describe alternatives for storing more water and comparing
with the "do nothing" alternative.

2, Evaluation of Alternatives - consider where applicable:

a. Volume of Water Stored
b. Engineering requirements and special technical issues
c. Costs and financial feasibility, and
d. Environmental, social, political, and institutional impacts

3. Selection of Alternative{s} including description of selection criteria
and highlighting differences between alternatives.

4. Detai led descript ion, cost estimate, potential funding sources,
implementation plan, potential problems, and preliminary engineering for
selected alternative{s}.
