Develop and describe alternatives for storing more water and comparing <br />with the "do nothing" alternative. <br /> <br />2, Evaluation of Alternatives - consider where applicable: <br /> <br />a. Volume of Water Stored <br />b. Engineering requirements and special technical issues <br />c. Costs and financial feasibility, and <br />d. Environmental, social, political, and institutional impacts <br /> <br />3. Selection of Alternative{s} including description of selection criteria <br />and highlighting differences between alternatives. <br /> <br />4. Detai led descript ion, cost estimate, potential funding sources, <br />implementation plan, potential problems, and preliminary engineering for <br />selected alternative{s}. <br />
