<br />where said seepage or flood waters is found available for storage or for irrigation purposes and <br />not heretofore appropriated. <br /> <br />D. To acquire lands for rights-of-way for its canal or canals, inlets, supply, discharge and <br />lateral ditches; to acquire sites for reservoirs from the public domain and from private owners <br />under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado and of the United States, by purchase, <br />grant, condemnation or otherwise, and to construct and build thereon, from time to time, such <br />canals, reservoirs, inlet and discharge ditches as may be found useful or beneficial to the <br />Company. <br /> <br />E. To sell and dispose of the right to the use of its water for irrigation, domestic and <br />other purposes, to such person or persons or corporations as may require the use of the same <br />upon such prices and upon such terms and conditions as may hereafter be determined and agreed <br />upon, and for that purpose to make contracts of sale and to provide for the conveyance of water <br />rights and privileges either as connected with the sale of the stock of the Company or otherwise <br />as may be determined from time to time by the board of directors or as its bylaws duly enacted <br />shall prescribe. <br /> <br />F. To till such reservoir(s), and to refill the same from time to time indefinitely <br />throughout the corporate life of this corporation from the waters appropriated by the Company <br />from the Big Thompson River and the flood and waters appropriated from the Ryan Gulch <br />Stream and any and all other Hood or seepage waters which may be made available for tilling <br />said reservoir(s}, also to appropriate by means of said reservoir(s) and its inlet and outlet ditches <br />all unappropriated waters from any and all sources which may be found available to fiU or refill <br />the same for the purpose aforesaid. Also to conduct water stored in said reservoir(s) from time to <br />time by the nearest route to the Big Thompson River through Ryan Gulch Stream and such outlet <br />ditches as may hereafter be found necessary to build and which shall be built for said purpose, <br />and to dispose of said water for irrigation purposes to those desiring to use the same, and to <br />receive in exchange for said water the equivalent amount of water to be delivered at the headgate <br />of the canal of the Company, and to have power to contract for the delivery of said water for <br />other considerations to such irrigation water consumers as may desire to use the same. <br />
