<br />G. To build and construct from time to time such re~ervoirs as the Company may find <br />useful or beneficial tor the storage of such waters as the Company may at this time have <br />appropriated to its own use for irrigation or reservoir purposes by purchase or other use, or for <br />the storage of such waters as it may from time to time hereafter find necessary to store for <br />irrigation or domestic purposes. <br /> <br />H. To promote the foregoing purposes by the exercise of all the powers necessary for the <br />development and successful operation of said enterprise~ to sell, mortgage and pledge the <br />property and franchises of the Company and any and every part thereof, to borrow money and to <br />secure loans and to procure funds upon the securities of its said properties for the corporate <br />purposes of the Company; and generally to do and perform all things necessary to be done under <br />and by virtue of its corporate powers and to do the business and carry out the objects and <br />purposes hereinbefore set forth. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3. <br /> <br />The natural streams from which water is taken to supply said canals and reservoir(s) and <br />to supply the water for the purposes hereinbefore named, and for which further appropriations <br />are to be made, is the Big Thompson River and its tributaries, also what is known as Ryan Gulch, <br />partic\,llarly that part of said gulch which cuts through or crosses Sections 27 and 34, Township 5 <br />North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. or a part thereot; also directly irom any and all the <br />tributaries, watersheds, draws, natural channels and water ways intercepted by the main canal of <br />the Company known as the South Side Ditch Company, and by other ditches constructed and <br />suitable to be constructed for the diversion and furnishing of water for irrigation and for the <br />filling and refilling of any and all reservoirs which the Company may in its discretion construct <br />from time to time. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4. <br /> <br />The headgate heretofore mentioned through which the water appropriated from the Big <br />Thompson River and its tributaries is taken and conveyed to the Company is located as follows, <br />to wit: On the South side of the Big Thompson River at a point from which the Northwest <br />comer of Section 12, Township 5, Range 70, West oftbe 61h P.M., bears North eleven degrees <br />
