Draft

David Gann stated that he had presented early his qualifications but wanted to add the
recreation, environment and agriculture all overlap and he would be happy to contribute
in any category.

The roundtable voted & the votes were collected.

Local Water Provider At-Large Representative

Bill Trampe asked if there were additional candidates.

Susan Browson was not in attendance. Director George stated that if there was material
in the handouts provided to the roundtable members, they should refer to that for
individuals who were absent. He encouraged the group not to exclude someone solely
because they are absent. There are lots of reasons that individuals miss meetings.

Marc Catlin, Manager of UVWUA, withdrew his name from consideration. He indicated
that he hoped the group would vote for Dick Margetts with Project 7. Project 7 manages
the largest water supply in the basin.

Tyler Martineau clarified that Mr. Catlin was not withdrawing his name from
consideration as a water rights holder, just as a local water provider. Mr. Catlin
confirmed this was correct.

Jim Hokit stated that Dick Margetts could not be here today because of an emergency
that took him to Arizona.

Eric Hecox announced that a run-off would be required for the recreational seat between
Hank Hotze and David Gann.

Bill Trampe requested that the roundtable members vote first for the local water provider
and then for the recreational applicants. The roundtable voted & the votes were collected.

Agricultural At-Large Representative

Bill Trampe asked if there were any additional applicants for the agricultural position.
None applying, he asked the applicants to present.

Eric Jenson stated that he manages the Delta Conservation District. He does hold water
rights. Conservation Districts were excluded from this process by the statute but these
districts are created by state law to help conserve natural resources and water is one of the
most important of those. He is President of the Board of Western Conservation Districts
(?) and works regularly with local agricultural interests on conservation of resources.

Eric Hecox announced that Richard Margetts is the local water provider appointment.

7
