<br />Draft <br /> <br />Ralph Grover stated that we should look at the majority of the next three. <br /> <br />Ken Spann stated that the group should stay consistent. Mr. Spann moved that they vote <br />again on the remaining candidates to see if any received 2/3rds. Dennis Steckel <br />seconded. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The roundtable voted & the votes were collected. <br /> <br />Leadership Positions <br /> <br />Director George stated that the group needed to make some selections on chair and <br />someone to regularly do the minutes. Discussion followed on wanting the bylaws in place <br />prior to long term selection of leadership. <br /> <br />Jim Hokit asked if Bill was willing to serve as chair for the next meeting. Bill Trampe <br />said he was. Jim Hokit moved that Bill chair the next meeting. Ray Werner seconded. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />Ken Spann stated that the UGRWCD will volunteer its staff to get the minutes taken. He <br />would like to alternate this with lower basin folks - perhaps UVWUA and Tri-County. <br />Mike Berry indicated that between Marc Catlin and himself, their entities would cover <br />the minutes next time. <br /> <br />Bill Ferguson stated it would be wise to designate a vice-chair. Ralph Grover concurred <br />and nominated Michelle Pierce. He stated she does an excellent job running the Lake <br />City meetings. 2nd?? Motion passed. <br /> <br />Eric Hecox reported that there was not 2/3rds for the last 3 seats. Ken Spann requested a <br />tally. Ralph Grover moved that the applicants with the top three total amount of votes get <br />placed into the last three seats. Motion died for lack of second. <br /> <br />Tom Huerkamp moved that the applicants receiving the top five total amount of votes be <br />voted on for the remaining three seats. Jim Hokit seconded. Motion passed. <br /> <br />The roundtable voted & the votes were collected. <br /> <br />Interbasin Compact Committee Representatives <br /> <br />Bill Trampe stated that the last subject for the day was the Interbasin Compact <br />Committee representatives. The Gunnison Roundtable was entitled to two members. <br />These representatives did not have to be from this roundtable. <br /> <br />Director George added that only one of the representatives has to reside within the basin. <br /> <br />Tyler Martineau stated that he felt it was premature to do that. <br /> <br />13 <br />
