<br />. . ~ ... <br /> <br />· 404 Permitting and wetland identification: The Corp of Engineers and EP A <br />have visited the site to review wetland and environmental impacts. A half- <br />acre of wetlands will be impacted and mitigated as a part for the project. The <br />404 permit will be issued upon receipt ofthe 401 permit from the state <br />environmental and health agency and upon receipt of SHPO acceptance of the <br />cultural resource level II report. <br /> <br />3. Project Schedule <br /> <br />The project is a behind schedule by a couple of weeks. The delay is mostly <br />caused by external agency review. It is anticipated that this delay will not cause <br />any problems with the project or FEMA funding. The new county road <br />connection needs to be designed and built prior to this project starting and the <br />project land acquisition needs to be addressed in the very near future to eliminate <br />any further delays. <br /> <br />4. CWCB Feasibility Study / Construction Loan <br /> <br />Tim Feehan with CWCB will be working with ICON and the City once <br />construction begins. Tim outlined the following items that the City will need to <br />do to meet CWCB construction loan guidelines: <br /> <br />. Include CWCB in a pre-bid meeting <br />· Include CWCB is the bid opening and contract award decision <br />· Notify CWCB when the Notice to Proceed is given <br />· Coordinate when construction loan money is needed and payment <br />of contractor pay requests <br />
