Final Acceptance of Feasibility Study <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Kiolbasa: <br /> <br />The additional Feasibility Study information requested from Ron Enserro oflCON Engineering, Inc. <br />was received on February 27,2002 and has been reviewed and incorporated into the report. The <br />purpose of this letter is to notify you of the CWCB final acceptance ofthe Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />The next step in our process is t2-obtain a signed Loan Contract between the City of Sterling and the <br />State of Colorado. An approved contract must be in place before loan funds can be advanced. J an <br />Illian, CWCB Contract Administrator, will be contacting you in the near future to initiate the loan <br />contract process. For future reference, Jan's phone number is 303-866-3462. <br /> <br />Regarding project design and construction, you are required to adhere to the CWCB Design and <br />Construction Administration Procedures. Tim Feehan, Construction Project Coordinator, will be <br />contacting you about the CWCB requirements concerning project design, bidding, and construction. <br />Tim will be making the construction inspections that will be the basis of monthly pay estimates for <br />disbursement of your loan funds. Tim's phone number is 303-866-3480. <br /> <br />Additionally, Tim Feehan, Tom Browning of the Flood Protection Section, and I have discussed <br />coming to Sterling in the near future to meet with you, look at the project site, and answer any <br />questions that you might have about our process.
