. Working Groups I
o Working groups will be created to addr~ss four specific substantive issues:
· Water quality
· Water quantity
· Land use planning I
· Environment I

o An additional working group will be created to address issues of public outreach.
o Although working group topics may ovJrlap in the abstract, and all groups will
address aspects of quality oflife and su~tainability, the actual work of the groups will
not overlap. :
o Working groups will have a lot to achieve in a short time period, will be actively
facilitated, and will have specific assignments to tend to at each meeting.
o Working group membership will not be ~estricted and anyone who is interested may
participate, although each working group will include at least one representative of
the Consensus Committee. I
