Working Groups I <br />o Working groups will be created to addr~ss four specific substantive issues: <br />· Water quality <br />· Water quantity <br />· Land use planning I <br />· Environment I <br />I <br />o An additional working group will be created to address issues of public outreach. <br />o Although working group topics may ovJrlap in the abstract, and all groups will <br />address aspects of quality oflife and su~tainability, the actual work of the groups will <br />not overlap. : <br />o Working groups will have a lot to achieve in a short time period, will be actively <br />facilitated, and will have specific assignments to tend to at each meeting. <br />o Working group membership will not be ~estricted and anyone who is interested may <br />participate, although each working group will include at least one representative of <br />the Consensus Committee.
