Dolores River Dialogue: The entire Dolores River Dialogue ("DRD") group met on
March 14, 2007 to discuss the DRD Correlation R~port, opportunity matrix, 2007 spill
forecast, an evaluation of 2007 hydrograph altemktives using the opportunity matrix,
,
2007 field science, and future activities and coordination of the DRD. The group
I
discussed the need for data collection to develop target flows for native fish below
McPhee Reservoir, which has been difficult to obt~in due to physical conditions on the
River. The group also discussed the potential for ~ater acquisitions by the CWCB to
enhance flows in the Dolores River, and whether (ocusing on river restoration first
