. .

C. Industrial Use
An investigation of industrial use of
treated water produced by the City will
be made. Meter readings furnished by the'
City and other data furnished by industry
will be compiled for at least Holly Sugar,
Skyland, Hi Quality, and Western Tanning.
The proportion of treated water delivered
to industry to treated water produced by
the City will be estimated.

D. Commercial Use
A tabulation of Delta's leading commercial
water users, including motels and
restaurants, will be made to estimate the
proportion of treated water produced by
the City that is delivered to commercial
users. A count of commercial taps will
be shown.

E. Residential Use
Total residential use will be determined
by subtracting industrial and commercial
water use from the total amount produced
at the filtration plant. All of the above
users will be tabulated on an annual basis.

.

F. Average Per Capita Consumption
The quantity of water estimated to be
delivered to residential users, after
consideration of industrial and
commercial users, will be divided by
the number of taps on the system for
each year. By dividing the usage per tap
by the estimated number of persons per
household, based on census reports, the
true' average per capita consumption may
be determined and compared to other areas.
Recent estimates have indicated average
pericapita consumption for Delta is
ridiculously high. If a trend is evident,
it will be shown in a graph.
