Raw Water Storage <br />Future additional raw water storage <br />requirements will be recommended based <br />on the water use forecast and the <br />established design criteria. <br /> <br />E. Treatment Facilities <br />The existing Treatment Plant and <br />Filtration Plant capacities will be <br />compared to projected treated water <br />requirements to establish if and when <br />additional facilities will be necessary <br />or existing facilities must be upgraded <br />to meet new standards. <br /> <br />F. Treated Water Storage <br />Future additions to the existing treated <br />water reservoirs on Garnet Mesa based on <br />the water use forecast will be recommended. <br /> <br />G. Distribution System <br />Recommendations for improvements to the <br />City's existing distribution system <br />including parallel lines, looping, and the <br />additions of meters based on delivery <br />amounts projected in the water use fore- <br />cast will be made. <br /> <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL SOURCES ON <br />GRAND MESA <br /> <br />A. Water Rights Transfer <br />The six applications for transfer of <br />eight water rights owned by the City <br />of Delta and the procedure involved in <br />transfer of irrigation decrees to domestic <br />use will be reviewed. <br /> <br />B. Net Consumptive Use <br />The theoretical net consumptive use <br />amount, as determined in Our previous <br />report, or the latest decision of the <br />water referee with respect to the <br />allowable transfer amounts to domestic <br />use, will be presented. <br />
