D. Raw Water Storage
Future additional raw water storage
requirements will be recommended based
on the water use forecast and the
established design criteria.

E. Treatment Facilities
The existing Treatment Plant and
Filtration Plant capacities will be
compared to projected treated water
requirements to establish if and when
additional facilities will be necessary
or existing facilities must be upgraded
to meet new standards.

F. Treated Water Storage
Future additions to the existing treated
water reservoirs on Garnet Mesa based on
the water use forecast will be recommended.

G. Distribution System
Recommendations for improvements to the
City's existing distribution system
including parallel lines, looping, and the
additions of meters based on delivery
amounts projected in the water use fore-
cast will be made.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL SOURCES ON
GRAND MESA

A. Water Rights Transfer
The six applications for transfer of
eight water rights owned by the City
of Delta and the procedure involved in
transfer of irrigation decrees to domestic
use will be reviewed.

B. Net Consumptive Use
The theoretical net consumptive use
amount, as determined in Our previous
report, or the latest decision of the
water referee with respect to the
allowable transfer amounts to domestic
use, will be presented.
