.'

.

~-

C. Probable Yield
The so called "natural stream flow" and
regulation of Oak Creek and Dirty George
Creek by several of the reservoirs
owned and operated by the City will be
evaluated to estimate the probable yield
from future development of this source.
The relative priorities and anticipated
transfer amounts for each water right will
be considered.

D. Adequacy to Meet Future Additional Requirements
The additional quantities estimated to be
actually available from development of this
source will be compared to projected
annual raw water requirements of the water
use forecast.

E. Proposed Facilities
Recommendations for construction of
facilities for total development of the
transfer of the eight water rights will
be made including construction off
alternate division facilities, raw water
reservoirs, transmission lines, improve-
ments to the existing treatment
facilities, and other improvements.

F. Cost of Development
A detailed cost estimate of all recommended
facilities, including all expenses already
incurred, for total development of these
water rights will be prepared. Operation
and maintenance costs will be estimated,
if applicable.

G. Average Unit Cost
The total cost of development will be
compared to anticipated treated water
production from this source. The cost
per 1,000 gallons will be computed.
