<br />Water Supply Reserve ACCOlllilllt - Gr3Lilllt AppllicatioIffi Form <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Form Revised October 2006 <br /> <br />The proposed activity meets many of the required evaluation criteria, including but not <br />limited to, the following: <br />o It will result in better administration of Upper Clear Creek, which can only help in <br />Compact Administration and maximize use of Colorado's entitlement. <br />o This project meets the intent of the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program <br />and will easily meet the Programmatic Biological Opinion requirements.
