Attach additional sheets as needed. <br /> <br />Clear Creek County has been very proactive in this project. It has funded applications for <br />the conditional decrees beginning in 2000. The initial work started six years before the <br />Basin Roundtable process had been approved. The project as a whole could provide <br />benefits to the entire basin and is based on the concept of small storage sites at high <br />elevation. <br /> <br />There is a high probability that most of these sites can be developed based on the initial <br />analyses.
