<br />o W orl(ing groups may create tasl( groups to explore a particular issue that falls under <br />the worl(ing group's purview. <br />o W orl(ing groups will report bacl( to the Consensus Committee on a monthly basis <br />and to the full Tasl( Force on a quarterly basis. <br />o Experts may be invited from other agencies or geographic areas to participate in <br />discussions or worl(ing groups. <br />o Additional worl(ing groups may be created if needed and agreed to by the Consensus <br />Committee to address new issues that may arise. <br /> <br />Facilitation <br />The Consensus Committee of the Fountain Creel( Vision Tasl( Force will select a professional <br />and/or trained facilitator to manage all aspects of the meetings of the Tasl( Force, the Consensus <br />Committee, and the worl(ing groups. This includes maintaining an accurate list of members, <br />preparing agendas, sending meeting announcements, preparing and distributing meeting summaries, <br />and other activities as deemed necessary. The facilitator will tal(e an active role in l(eeping the Tasl( <br />Force, the Consensus Committee, and the worl(ing groups productive and focused on outcomes. <br />The facilitator will regularly consult with the Consensus Committee on these matters as necessary. <br /> <br />Ground Rules <br />Ground rules facilitate having a civil and productive dialogue. Participants in meetings of the <br />Fountain Creel( Vision Tasl( Force, the Consensus Committee, or any of the associated worl(ing <br />groups agree to abide by the following ground rules: <br />. Treat everyone at the table as an equal and with respect. <br />. Do not speal( when others are speal(ing. <br />. No side conversations. <br />. Explain why you want what you want. <br />. Do not assume that you understand others' concerns and interests before the conversation <br />starts. <br />. Do not characterize others' views. <br />. Acl(nowledge the past but lool( to the future. <br />. Focus your comments on finding solutions. <br />. Stay focused on the purpose of this group. <br /> <br />Timeline <br />Acl(nowledging that there are outside forces that may impact its worl( and its own deadlines, the <br />Fountain Creel( Vision Tasl( Force seel(s to produce a strategic plan for the Fountain Creel( <br />watershed by the end of2007. However, city and county governments and other entities may be <br />planning their 2008 spending budgets in mid-2007, and it is important for the implementation items <br />that emerge from the planning process to be included in these local budgets. Because of this <br />important need, a draft plan will be made available for limited circulation by June 30, 2007. <br /> <br />Meetin2 Schedule <br />. The full Tasl( Force will meet at least quarterly and hear reports from the worl(ing groups <br />and the Consensus Committee. <br />. The Consensus Committee will meet on the 3rd Friday of each month. <br />o W orl(ing groups will set their own schedules for monthly meetings (at the <br />minimum).
