W orl(ing Groups <br />o W orl(ing groups will be created to address four specific substantive issues: <br />· Water quality <br />· Water quantity <br />· Land use planning <br />· Environment <br />o An additional worl(ing group will be created to address issues of public outreach. <br />o Although worl(ing group topics may overlap in the abstract, and all groups will <br />address aspects of quality of life and sustainability, the actual worl( of the groups will <br />not overlap. <br />o W orl(ing groups will have a lot to achieve in a short time period, will be actively <br />facilitated, and will have specific assignments to tend to at each meeting. <br />o W orl(ing group membership will not be restricted and anyone who is interested may <br />participate, although each worl(ing group will include at least one representative of <br />the Consensus Committee. <br />
