o Each of the following groups or entities will have one participant on the Consensus Committee (in no particular order): · City of Fountain · City of Colorado Springs · City of Pueblo · City of Palmer Lal(e · EI Paso County · Pueblo County · Pil(es Peal( Area Council of Governments (elected) · Pil(es Peal( Area Council of Governments (staff) · Pueblo Area Council of Governments (elected) · Pueblo Area Council of Governments (staff) · Colorado Open Lands · EI Paso County property owners (along Fountain Creel( and the Arl(ansas River) · Pueblo County property owners · City of Pueblo residents (Colorado Progressive Coalition) · Colorado State Parl(s · Technical Advisory Committee · Department of Defense · Senator Allard · Senator Salazar · Congressman Salazar · Congressman Lamborn · Lower Arl(ansas V alley Water Conservation District · Sierra Club · Fountain Utilities · Pueblo Board of Water Worl(s · Colorado Springs Utilities · Teller County EI Paso County Water Authority . W orl(ing Groups o W orl(ing groups will be created to address four specific substantive issues: · Water quality · Water quantity · Land use planning · Environment o An additional worl(ing group will be created to address issues of public outreach. o Although worl(ing group topics may overlap in the abstract, and all groups will address aspects of quality of life and sustainability, the actual worl( of the groups will not overlap. o W orl(ing groups will have a lot to achieve in a short time period, will be actively facilitated, and will have specific assignments to tend to at each meeting. o W orl(ing group membership will not be restricted and anyone who is interested may participate, although each worl(ing group will include at least one representative of the Consensus Committee.
