<br />- 16- <br /> <br />. Maintain project files including receipts; bills and invoices; raw survey data (for <br />delivery to CWCS) and reports; <br />. Track mail returns to determine the actual reach of the mailings and percent of <br />successful mailings; and <br />. Prepare all project reports (at 50% and 95% complete, and the final report). <br /> <br />(' <br />I <br /> <br />The final report will contain a summary of the overall project tasks <br />and activities. transmit the DVDs to the ewcs, and identify the <br />. effectiveness of the mailing based on returned DVDs, the CFWE <br />survey results, and any other relevant feedback or information <br />collected. <br /> <br />Proposed Project Team <br /> <br />Project Manager - Douglas County Commissioner, and DCWRA <br />President, Walter "Mike" Maxwell will serve as project manager. <br />Commissioner Maxwell was elected President of the applicant two <br />years ago. He leads the conservation education efforts of the <br />Authority. Commissioner Maxwell will be responsible for duties of <br />the Project Manager, and supervise all efforts of the Project Team. <br /> <br />Project Coordinator - Mark Shively was appointed by the DCWRA <br />to pursue conservation education communication efforts. He is a <br />member of the CFWE ''water leaders" class, serves on the Board of <br />one of the water provider members of DCWRA (the water provider <br />recently had its water conservation plan approved by ewCB), has <br />served on the Boards of both the DCWRA and the S. Metro Water <br />Supply Study Authority, and is well acquainted with leadership of the <br />rural water users in the area, including those participating in the <br />precipitation and irrigation study currently being conducted under a <br />ewcs grant. Mark will coordinate communications among the <br />Project Team members. <br /> <br />Project Facilitator - Maureen Waller is Special Projects <br />Coordinator for Douglas County. Maureen has facilitated dozens of <br />DCWRA tasks over the past ten years, including the conservation <br />education display booth effort for the Colorado Watsr Workshop. <br />She will coordinate working with the County Assessor's office to <br />assemble the mailing lists of the recipients, and assist the Project <br />Manager. <br /> <br />Project Media Relations - Wendy Manitta Holmes is the Director <br />of Public Affairs for Douglas County. Wendy has been instrumental <br />in the creation of the 'What Every Douglas County Resident Needs <br />to Know About Xeriscaping" DVD, and directs the efforts of <br />Douglas County DC-8 television, the County's website, and the <br /> <br />( <br />
