However, conservation programs and measures may be ad- <br />justed annually based on monitoring findings and the evaluation proc- <br />ess to ensure that water conservation goals are met. In the case where <br />goals may be exceeded, savings targets may also be revised. Annu- <br />ally, the Town will revisit the Plan and if changes are required they will <br />be made at that time. <br /> <br />Revisions <br /> <br />Plan modifications shall incorporate program evaluation results, includ- <br />ing historical trends, water savings, program/measure costs and bene- <br />fits.
