The office of the Mesa County Engineer, the Colorado Department of <br />Transportation, and the Ute Water Conservancy District also have information pertaining <br />to aggradation and degradation along Plateau Creek during flooding events which have <br />caused damage to both the State Highway and the District's existing pipeline. <br /> <br />This concludes the CWCB comments of the Plateau Creek Project Management Plan Final <br />Draft.
