You may also want to refer to Appendix B of the <br />Construction Fund Guidelines (pages B-4 and B-5) for a discussion of the financial <br />analysis. A copy of the Guidelines is enclosed. <br /> <br />We will schedule a presentation to our Board on our review of the EIS and Ute's financial <br />plan prior to the time Ute would like to begin drawing upon the remaining funds in the <br />authorization for the project.
