In response to your letter to Tom Crumpton dated January 21, 1998, please find
enclosed a copy of our 1996 Financial Statements and Report of Independent Certified
Public Accountants and our 1998 approved budget. (A copy of the Financial
Statements were previously sent to CWCB on July 11, 1997.) I will get you additional
reports and schedules relating to our 1997 results as soon as the results become closer
to being finalized. One item of information that I need in order to finalized 1997 is a
copy of CWCB's most recent amortization schedule on our Contract No. C 153380. (I
believe that a new amortization schedule exists on this contract because the State
Auditor's Office attempted to confirm a different balance for this contract at October
31,1997, from any I had previously seen.)

In regard to the other items that you requested. Larry Clever and myself would like to
meet with you either here in Grand Junction when you are here or in Denver when
Larry is over there for a meeting, we just need to work out a mutually acceptable time.
We are presently working on a long-term projection as well as possible rate and tap fee
adjustments and sources for additional funding for our Plateau Creek Pipeline project.
