<br />e <br /> <br />meeting should focus on the full program anticipated for the facility and the priorities for <br />Phase I development. The meeting will be attended by two representatives of FishPro <br />and will serve to establish direction for Task 2 Site Investigations and Task 3 Design <br />Development. Five copies of all documentation will be provided to CDOW. <br /> <br />2) Site InvestiQations <br /> <br />This task involves the performance of the investigations necessary to. support the <br />development of a design for the facility. For this contract we propose to perform <br />investigations relative to site surveys, existing utilities, water supply (both surface and <br />groundwater), geotechnical considerations as well as determining the permits required <br />from the local jurisdiction that may be required for construction of the facility. These <br />investigations will be accomplished by the various specialists on our team. <br /> <br />The site investigation activities anticipated for each subtask are further defined in the <br />Estimate of Professional Services for Task 2. <br /> <br />Results of each individual site investigation will be presented in a media appropriate to <br />convey the collected information. The number of copies of each submitted to CDOW <br />will be determined by the need for distribution but is assumed to not exceed 5. <br /> <br />e 3) DesiQn Development <br /> <br />This task involves the development of initial concepts for the Phase I and II facilities. <br />This task will be accomplished in 3 steps with the first being the development of <br />concept drawings (based on program verification discussions) for: <br /> <br />1) Conceptual Site Layouts (Phases I and II) <br />2) Conceptual Building Layouts (Phases I and II) <br />3) Flow Diagram (Phases I and II) <br />4) Initial Hydraulic Profile (Phase I) <br /> <br />The second step will be a presentation of the drawings in a 2 day meeting with CDOW <br />in Denver for purposes of review and discussion. Discussions should focus on facility <br />layouts and be evaluated relative to how the functional, technical and site issues are <br />addressed by the presented concepts. <br /> <br />The last step of this task will be to take the comments from the meeting and revise the <br />concept drawings to reflect the input obtained. This will also serve to define the limits <br />of Phase I (with priorities) of the project for the subsequent preparation of the <br />construction documents <br /> <br />e <br />
